Call-in Times:
Dr. Gransky is in the office
Monday through Thursday from 8AM - 9AM to receive calls, schedule
appointments, or answer questions. You may call the office at any other time
and and leave a message. Messages are checked frequently during business
hours and will be returned as soon as possible.

Please note that telephone remains the best
way to reach Dr. Gransky about medical issues. He is on the road most of the day and cannot
respond to e-mail messages, but he checks voicemail after each appointment and will return your call
as soon as possible. However, if you wish to schedule an appointment or contact the office about
non-medical issues, you may do so by e-mail.
Hours
Routine and
urgent appointments are scheduled Mondays through Thursdays from 9:30 am to
5:00 pm. Appointments for urgent care
may also be available on evenings and weekends, but additional fees apply.
Dr. Gransky may be
reached directly during his office
hours Mondays through Thursdays from 8:00 to 9:00 am. At all other times, you may leave a message
and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
Payment
We accept Mastercard, VISA, debit cards, cash and
checks. Fees are due at the time services are rendered.

At Home Veterinary can handle many
of your urgent care needs. For non-critical emergencies, feel free to call us
as our phone messages are checked frequently during regular business hours
Monday through Thursday, and we may be able to schedule a same-day
appointment if appropriate. In case
of a serious emergency that cannot wait, please call one of
the area's emergency hospitals:

After your pet has been
treated at one of these hospitals, please let us know so we can coordinate
